Classroom Management begins with the relationships created between a teacher and their students. In my classroom I will ensure that I build healthy relationships with my students where they will know that my classroom is a safe place to feel whatever emotions they are feeling, and we will handle them together. No student of mine will ever feel alone or not believe in theirselves. I will recognize each one of my students strengths and weaknesses and work with them accordingly. Lastly every student of mine will know how important they are and by the end of the year will have high confidence in themselves and their abilities.
