Classroom Jobs
Intervention
Classroom jobs are given to students to complete at the end of the school day, these jobs instill a role of responsibility to the students in the classroom jobs can range from "floor cleaner" to classroom "veterinarian".

Classroom Jobs build a sense of community
All students have a sense of purpose and ownership in the classroom
Students learn how to support one and another and themselves.
Students learn responsibility.
How to use the Intervention
Make sure each job is meaningful and that students understand why jobs matter.
Use interactive Modeling to teach and practice jobs.
Make sure all students have a chance to do each job
Reflect on how students are doing with jobs and be prepared to change jobs if necisary
